Satisfaction of all Customer needs and expectations is a major goal of all "KUFIETA" Company operations.

Our Quality Assurance System is focused on continuous improvement of our products and meeting technical, engineering and economic requirements set by our Customers.
Therefore, we have established the following goals for our Company:

- Continuous improvement of all production processes,,
- Increase of process automation,
- Production process development,
- Extension of the range of our products,
- Modernisation of production equipment and machines by installing new generation of machines,
- Specialised training of our staff, improvement of personnel skills and competencies,

Actual level of accomplishment of set goals is verified against accepted assumptions during reviews of Quality Management Systems conducted by the Owner at least once every 12 months and updated for the purpose of continuous improvement of the System efficiency and effectiveness. Once accomplishment of set goals is confirmed, the Company sets new goals for future operations. A major concern of our Organisation includes reduction and minimization of internal defects.

Our Company always meets agreed times of delivery of ordered products.

Delivered product quality depends also on the quality of materials and components, therefore we set requirements for our suppliers and cooperate with our vendors to achieve established quality objectives..

Our quality policy is based on the assumption that the Owner and all Company employees are equally responsible for final product quality. Everyone, who identifies a risk of quality deterioration is obliged to take actions to protect proper quality of the product.

In order to assure effective realisation of the quality policy, we have implemented the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001;2000 Standards requirements.

I oblige myself, Company engineering staff as well as all employees to implement and execute the Quality Policy provisions established and accepted by "KUFIETA" Company.
